INTELLIGENCE

WISDOM

One may have the ability to retain knowledge, but when faced with unfamiliar situations or problems demonstrate slow, poor reasoning or understanding combined with slow, poor retention, recall, and application of previous learned skills or information to different or non-similar areas of life; therefore, demonstrating low intelligence.

One may have the ability to retain knowledge, and when faced with unfamiliar situations or problems demonstrate quick, strong reasoning or understanding combined with quick, strong retention, recall, and application of previous learned skills or information to different or non-similar areas of life, but not demonstrate the awareness of multiple perspectives and the ability to predict possible outcomes or emotional reactions; therefore, lacking wisdom.

NOTE 1: Intelligence manifests in various forms and sciences, so one may demonstrate high intelligence in one area, but lower intelligence in another area.

NOTE 2: Wisdom does arrive with age in most scenarios, but age is not a requirement to achieve wisdom.

NOTE 3: Typos and/or misspellings do not negate any intelligence or wisdom.
