Anyone who grew up in the early '90s and partied into the early 2000s can attest (or at least name it in their top five) this is probably one of the greatest party songs of all-time. It always gets people moving and out on the dance floor, and can revive a dead room during the first few seconds of its iconic bagpipe intro. A must have on any serious partying host's playlist.
