"COULD CARE LESS"
Although extremely common, when this phrase is uttered it usually means the exact opposite of what the person saying it intends. If you "could care less" than there might be something existing in the world which you literally could care about less than the original something you attempted to demean.
"COULDN'T CARE LESS"
Literally correct. What more is there to say?
