"I can attest first hand that the message of this strip holds true in the educational realms, and I'm positive other industries suffer from this same issue...but my question is: Do our administrations, or supervising bodies, actually believe our production levels benefit from countless trainings, meetings, and the amounts of paperwork required...or do they secretly know these practices stifle our productivity, and possibly our creativity, mandating these time wasters in order to maintain the "status quo" or simply keep them 'at the top' and everyone else 'below'?"
