People who hold doors or slow down their cars for others who clearly are not moving fast enough or have any desire to do so because they are not in a rush, too far behind, or are injured or in pain in some way and do not want to put the other people out but end up doing so anyway because the people holding the doors or driving the cars insist on being "nice."
